Initial artwork and photographic submissions for consideration for use as greeting cards or fine art prints should be sent by email to the address shown on the right as attached jpeg files along with an outline about yourself and your work. All submissions will be considered as soon as possible. If we are interested in your work, we will contact you.

DO NOT send original artwork or other items in the post until we request you to do so.
In general, we do not consider photography and artwork unless it is of the highest quality produced to professional standards.

IF you do send printout or photocopies through the post, please be aware that we are unable to return these items.

do some research
We often receive artwork which is clearly unsuitable for publishing as prints or greeting cards. Visit art galleries and independent greeting card shops to see what is already out in the market place. Always think about quality. Is your work of a high standard? Can it compete with what is already on the market?

photography
Please do not send your holiday snaps to us!! We are only interested in professional photography of the highest standard. Your photography needs to be unique and offer something different to that which is already on the market. It also needs to be suitable for publication as greeting cards or fine art prints.

original art sales
Brimstone also sells Original Art on behalf of artists across the UK.
If you would like Brimstone to consider selling your original artwork on your behalf, please email us examples of the original artwork you currently have available for sale. Please note that we do not commission artists to produce specific pieces.

how we pay
We pay our artists and designers on a commission basis. i.e. the artist receives a percentage of the trade value of each item we sell, be it greeting cards or fine art prints. We do not pay artists or designers up front for artwork or designs.
